Iplayer on TiVo box

This has stopped loading for several weeks. Just blank screen. Nothing. Any suggestions how to resolve?

Sounds like the internet connection isn't the problem then.

Have you tried restarting the TiVo via the Help & Settings > Clear or restart, menu?

Can you use other OnDemand services OK?

Do you have any flashing green lights on the front-left of your TiVo?

Hello - thank you - yes, everything else working as normal. No strange flashing lights. 
Is there a way of updating info the iPlayer app maybe?  That’s all that occurred to me.

I haven’t, no. I shall give that a go later and let you know the outcome 😊🤞

Problem solved. Resetting the box was the answer.
