My iplayer keeps buffering on my tivo box.
ive got the v6 box in the lounge, that does buffer. When are you going to get things sorted?
ive reported this box before but never get anywhere.

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear about the issues you are having with your TiVo® box.
Checking the box stats today it looks as though things good pretty good.
Is it only Netflix that is affected or any other apps too?
Is there any issues with the On Demand features?

The box itself is painfully slow.
Your people keep telling me there is nothing wrong with it, and that it all looks healthy, i am the one using it every day, and its much worse than it used to be.
All on demand buffers, the channels and recordings play without buffering, its all on demand (iPlayer, ITV ondemand etc) that is the problem.
Going between menu's can be painful too.
We have a V6 box on our main TV, its so quick i think that highlights to me that it is slow.
im getting to the point where im going to demand you take it all away, as its driving me crazy.
