I have a TiVo box and have constant issues with the internet connection. All the cables are connected and as soon as I try to watch things on Netflix the connection drops off and the light on the front of the box flashes ( the one under the heart logo). I’ve checked all the cable connections and they are fine. This is happening more and more and when I try to check for the network status in the settings it states that the box isn’t connected.
As Micky says, the TiVo boxes have their internet connection built into the unit - so if any function of the box (internet connection included) isn't working, then that's a service fault which you need to report to Virgin so they can resolve it.
