Interference on some channels especially bt sport

Really sorry you're having an issue with some channels, this ins't good. 

Could you expand a little?

Do the channels pixelate?

Does it happen on standard or just HD channels?

Could you confirm a few other channels it happens on?

Is everything tight and secure at the back of the box?

Hi

Yes Channels pixelate and either I can't see nothing or very little. Sound is usually there but has been known not to have no sound at all.

Most of this happens on the bt sport channels but I have had it happen on itv, bbc, sky sports, sci fi channel plus others i cannot remember what they were.

Most of the time it is on hd channels and everything is tight at the back
