Hi, I'm hoping someone can help. This morning when I turned on my TV I noticed that the image has shifted approximately 10% to the right.
I reset the TiVo Box a few times, swapped the HDMI cables around but to no avail. I'm sure it's not the TV as all the other services and apps display correctly.
Anyone got any ideas how this can be solved or if it's a faulty box?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
what make of tv is it?

It's a Samsung UE55MU7000
Turn off the the TV and leave it on standbyOn your remote press 'i' then 'menu' then 'mute' then 'power' buttonsIt will switch on to Factory settingsSelect option 1. by clicking the right navigation button it will give you another page of setting, scroll down to screen size and adjust this to 55"press the power button again. Disconnect mains power or switch off power socket for 10 seconds then switch everything back on and your screen should be centred
If that doesn't work try resetting the TV to factory default
Great thanks, I'll give that a go tonight
So I got home this evening and inadvertantly cut the mains power to the TV. When I turned it back on, everything was working fine. Normal service has been resumed! Thanks for your help dannylau really appreciate your fast response and assistance!
