I’ve lost all my recordings ? Re- booted twice still the same. Phoned VM twice and got through to adviser

Lost all recordings ! This has happened twice now in last three months ! Rebooted twice but still says no recordings. Rang and got through to an adviser twice but been cut off twice ! Not good service this

If you follow Home > Help & Settings > System Info > System Info.. does the indicated disk capacity tally with what's shown in "My shows"?

Are these recordings shown under My Shows > Recently deleted?

Sorry to hear you have lost all your recordings twice. We can understand this is not ideal and we want to best help.
