Kit seems none of the on demand Services are working. They haven’t worked for probably two weeks now when you click on YouTube it says loading and then it stops loading and goes back to the homepage again

Welcome to our forums and thank you for posting. I'm sorry that you've been having issues using your On Demand services.
I'd like you to try manually connecting to the network by following these steps: press Home on your remote > select Help & Settings > select Settings > select Network > select Connect to the Virgin Media Service now.
Could you also check that all cables to and from your TV box are tight and secure? It may be worth disconnecting and reconnecting to ensure they're correctly seated.
