I need an area code for G14 0 so I can work my tivo as I need a pin but I wasn't given one by my engineer. I need one to get past the phone questions and I've no paper bill yet to look at. Can anyone help?

Thanks for your first post and welcome to our forums page.

Very sorry to hear you are having issues with the PIN. When the boxes are installed, the PIN is set to the standard PIN 1234.

To change this to one you would prefer, you can do this by going through to Help & Settings, Parental controls then Change PIN.
