I have to reset my tivo everytime I want to watch a box set

I moved house had a new install, we have two boxes  every time I want to watch a box set it comes up unavailable, however if I reset the box it works!!! Does not happen with the box in the bedroom just the lounge box, very frustrating! Been happening the last two weeks, Some times when I first start the box it has a grey box saying channel unauthorised or this channel unavalable, and other times I'm watching and the picture goes and the grey box appears and I have to reset getting very fed up I shouldn't have to constantly reset my box.

I see, I am very sorry to hear that, we have had some issues lately with On Demand content that should now be fixed, how is yours looking?
