I am trying to set up my new V6 box but when loading channels it gets stuck on S102 error. I don't have a

I am trying to set up my new V6 box but when loading channels it gets stuck on S102 error. I don't have ages to hang on a phone so wondered if one of the Virgin team on here can help by sending a new signal to my box please?

The response time here for the "Virgin Team" can be counted in days rather than hours so you are better off phoning. This is first & foremost a customer driven forum.
