Im having ongoing issues with the green WiFi light flashing on my hub ( tried resetting several times ) Also pixelation on 4 hd .

I am having issues again .

pixelation on channels .

The tivo box and the router keep losing connection. Over the last couple of weeks I’ve reset the TiVo box and the router multiple times . Any ideas ?

Hi I am having exactly the same problem at the minute it's been happening for months now. I've reset if and nothing is happening I've spoke to customer service and they just keep fobbing me off! I'm sure the internet keeps dropping as well and I'm also getting error 319 on my v6 box all the time!

Just to confirm have you been able to speak to our faults team about these issues during that time? If so what have they advised?

I am sorry to hear you are also experiencing issues with this Blakeich, what have you been advised regarding the issues when you've called in about them?
