I am trying to order the new tivo box upgrade but the website is not recognising either my password or user name,where do I go from here?

Don't bother, the online order process doesn't work properly for a large number of customers. Instead, ring 150 or 0345 454 1111 and select the "thinking of leaving us" option for UK Customer Services, they should be able to get it sorted for you.
