Can I book an engineer to fix this please? The green lights on my router are flashing and I can’t get an internet connection. I’ve lost a day’s work because of this. Furious!! I’ve tried the obvious resolutions to no avail.
Urgent support is by telephone - 150 if you have a Virgin Media landline or 0345 454 1111.
A response here, on what is essentially a community forum, can take around a week.
