No error message.
Channel stays on the loading screen with (small loading circle stuck)
Can you confirm how are you trying to access Hayu?
Is this via the channel or via the apps directly?
Can you access Hayu on any other device?
Do you have issues with any other apps we offer or any On Demand and Catch Up content?
Can you confirm how many boxes you have, does the issue happen on more than one box?
If it's only happening on one of the boxes can you try the following:
Home, Settings, Help and settings, Network, Connect to Virgin Media Now
Also when was the last time you rebooted the box?
Let us know how you get on with all of that and we'll take it from there.
