Hayu

Hi,

I'm having issues watching anything on Hayu on my virgin boxes, they play briefly then stop and say they cannot be played, this happens multiple times during every episode. 

Any advice please?

Welcome to our Community Forum and sorry to hear that you're unable to watch Hayu series properly.

 

Are you experiencing any issues using the other apps on your Virgin Media box?

 

Are there any episodes where you are able to watch without issues?

 

Can you tell us the exact error message?

Hi Lisa, 

 

No the other apps are working fine, it only seems to be Hayu that we're having the issue with.

 

It just comes up saying "(episode name) cannot be played" and the episode stops playing but then when I play it again it works again for a while then stops and the same message comes up again.
