Can you confirm if you've tried using the Hayu app? Are you just having an issue accessing this via your V6 box?

Can you please also confirm if you have the issue accessing it via the TV box and via the app, or just one?
It works on the Hayu app fine when trying to play on a tablet.
However when i go to Hayu on virgin TV box it will not play through that. If you click on The Hills it does nothing. It doesnt even buffer or anything.

Same issue for me when I go into apps and games and click on Hayu app it’s just a black screen with the buffering cog turning ! Any update on this issue ?
I dont even get as far as it buffering!
When i press ok on that show absolutely nothing happens. Its like it doesnt even register i'm clicking on it.
Nothing has been resolved. Nobody cares...
No one cares and no one has bothered to get back to me after around 9 weeks of bringing it to their attention! Worst customer service ever!
