Currently i'm not able to watch a show on Hayu.
My subscription is through Virgin and after contacting Hayu direct they say thats its a problem with Tivo and the show is playing fine on their platforms. They have said the problem has been raised with Virgin.
Unfortunately over a week later its still not working. Any idea how long this take to fix?
Its The Hills that will not play. All other shows are working fine.

I am sorry to hear you are having problems viewing a particular show on the HeyU app. When you select the show, do you get any error messages or is it constantly buffering?
Can you also please confirm if you are using a V6 box and having problems whilst using other apps?

I apologise again for this. Since your last post has there been any change to the HeyU app? Is it still giving the same error?

No change unfortunately.
I'm not even getting an error, its just not doing anything at all when i click on it. Only this show too!
If i could figure out how to upload a video I would to show you.

Is it a known problem to Virgin or might it just be my machine?
I've done all the usual reboot, clear cache etc but nothing has worked.
We're getting on for 4 weeks now ands it quite annoying that there is still not hint of a solution.

I apologise for the delay in response here JessyS, I have chased this again for you.
I have been advised that you would need to report this as a fault as there is no other replications of the error. I have checked everywhere and can't find anything at all.
I take it you're still having the issue?
