Hayu not working

For a while now when trying to watch programs on hayu via the TiVo box I select a program (I have tried a ton of different programs) it comes up with this yellow box at the top saying sorry, *inserts name of program- can not be played. I watch the episodes on my tablet and phone and pc even my smart TV but I prefer it on the tivo box as it doesn't glitch due to internet connection..anyone help???

I'm really sorry you're having issues with Hayu on your TiVo box. 

Can you confirm what TiVo box you're using exactly, you should be able to find this via your online account? 


Have you spoken to our team about changing to our V6 box?

We have the v6 box. I had no issues till couple months ago when all of a sudden no matter what program I tried to watch on the hayu channel it said it cant be played but yet it works on my phone and my tablet and through my smart TV so it can only be  a fault in the box.
