I havent been able to use the Hayu app for weeks now... Is anybody else having the same problem?

I would like to look into this for you so what happens when you try to use the Hayu app?
If you haven't already tried this then reboot the box by the mains to see if there's any improvement.

Really sorry again for the trouble you've had with the Hayu App.
Our network team has picked up an issue with Hayu app and are currently working to get it fixed as soon as possible. As soon as we get an update we'll let you know.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide a credit in this instance as access to the Hayu app through our box is free of charge.
