I'm having exactly the same issue. It was working fine but now its telling me my subscription is no longer active and when i try and enter the code from my TiVo box it says its not valid.

That's the error I'm getting. Hayu is working on my virgin media box, its just the app that's not working so I know i still have a subscription. I've tried re-entering the code from the tv app again but it says its not valid
Is this with the VM Prefix attached?

I’m having the exact same issue! Enter the code from the TV on the website as part of the registration process and get the message “Sorry, something went wrong!”
ive reset my box, my hub even my phone! Still not working! Help please!
