My HayU on the move on both iPhone app and Apple TV app subscription needs renewing. I am a XL customer and I have located the virgin media code from within the “About HayU” section on the virgin HayU app. However I am receiving the following message “Your code doesn’t seem to be valid”. I have tired typing the code with and with the VM prefix, but nothing seems to work.
Thanks for your reply again. So the code virgin are giving me via my TVO Box is VM-T2JF9DM. I had tried this with and without prefix, I have tried upper and lower case. These are the messages I then receive. Please see the attached pictures.
