HayU on the move no longer working

My HayU on the move on both iPhone app and Apple TV app subscription needs renewing. I am a XL customer and I have located the virgin media code from within the “About HayU” section on the virgin HayU app. However I am receiving the following message “Your code doesn’t seem to be valid”. I have tired typing the code with and with the VM prefix, but nothing seems to work.

Welcome to the Community!

 

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with Hayu.

 

When you type in the code you don't need the VM prefix at the front. Check out this article for full instructions on how the use the Hayu app.

Hi Josh, 

Thank you for your reply. I’ve tried multiple times with and without the VM prefix. I’ve tried upper case, lower case and I’m just not having any luck. Any further suggestions?

Hi Josh, 

Thanks for your reply again. So the code virgin are giving me via my TVO Box is VM-T2JF9DM. I had tried this with and without prefix, I have tried upper and lower case. These are the messages I then receive. Please see the attached pictures. 4A6B667F-AF53-4E9B-B684-52E6AD719682.png

Hi Josh, please see the previous print screen. I don’t get an error page, if you see the previous print screen, under the code it says the code I’m using seems to be invalid?
