Why are the rewind and fast forward speeds on my  TiVo box so irregular. Just cannot control where play starts

Also the fast forward on the HD channels is ridiculously fast even on the 1st fast forward setting.

Your help would be appreciated.  It has been happening for months

I have the same problem

I enjoy watching football and cricket and find it impossible to fast forward replays for goals or wickets and then stop it to continue watching in real time.    Very annoying and has been happening for months. My daughter,who lives half a mile away also has the same trouble so can't be just my box

Think it is a virgin media wise problem
