Hi 

can not watch any Hayu programs. I have rebooted and switched off at the wall, twice. I can get to a point to chose the show but when it is loading it then comes up with ‘sorry could not be played’ at the top of the screen. 

Any ideas how to fix it?

How are you currently trying to watch Hayu? Is this via your virgin box or other devices? 

Is this the first time that you have tried to view Hayu ?
