Green "DVR has detected a serious problem" screen after MASSIVE Slowdown
Tivo not working and displaying green screen with serious problem message. Two days ago, we lost the programme guide and Netflix account logged out.
Reported thsi to Virgin this morning (Saturday) and earliest an engineer can come to fix is next Thursday, 5 days away! Are they serious? So no TV for 6 days bu they also wont give me a credit for no TV until its fixed.
Unbelievable service. Are BT and Sky this poor? I doubt it so am calling them to see what they can offer.

Yet again my tivo is showing the green screen of death. How come another hard drive has failed after only a couple of years of use?
For the amount I pay for your service this is unacceptable! Yet again I will lose everthing that has been recorded on the box. What is the point of offering so much storage when you lose it all to sub standard equipment.
Virgin Media has really gone down the pan over the last few years and will not be remaining a customer for much longer
