Green light flashing

I have no internet or TV the hub has a flashing green light I have checked all cables and done several re boots any ideas

Hi As you have probably realised it is telling you theres a problem, click on the top right corner of this forum and insert your postcode to see if there is an outage in your area if not phone and report it as a fault.Regards Micky

Sorry to hear of the service issues. How's things been since posting? 

 

If still the same, are there any service issues listed here that can explain this?

 

If none listed, can you sign in to the service checker for me and run the fault test?
