Hi

Over the past couple of days the BBC1 picture constantly glitches, I have checked the cables and they are fine.

Another issue which happens occasionally but over the past few days has got worse is the sound on BBC1 goes out of sync, in a 10 min period I have to fix the sound at least 5 times which spoils the enjoyment of the programme.

I am sorry to hear you are having problems when viewing BBC 1.

Are you able to confirm if this happens when using any other channels? In particular HD?
