Help! The green heart light is flashing and I can’t connect to on demand, catch up or Netflix. Everything seems to be plugged in ok and there says there are no system issues
TiVo comes up with error C130 network availability and when I test it through the settings on the TiVo it says ‘network cable unplugged’ Ethernet is connected from tv to hub but not in TiVo. System message says please ensure Ethernet is connected from TiVo to router. I haven’t unplugged anything so am lost as to what the issue is.
it just states that on demand is offline and thats why you are not being connected if its flashing its offline so on demand features wont work just leave for a few hours and go back or its still flashing get on helpline 150 and check with them or message back and see what they say forum members or its faulty box
