For the past few days the power light on pur tivo box is amber and flashing on and off with no tivo service on tv - the tv screen shows a large arrow pointing down.
It doesn’t clear by switching the box on and off. Please help.

Testing the box form our end shows no errors, I hope that means things have improved since your post? If not, get back in touch and we'll do what we can to assist.
