Fault contact phone number

Hi...….just tried to call 150 to report a fault and get a recorded message saying I've dialled an incorrect number. 

Can anyone advise what the correct number is please?

Not a great service for a media communications company.

The correct number is 150 from a Virgin Media landline or 0345 454 1111.

Thanks ….clearly 150 has been changed or no longer exist as message says its an incorrect number.

150 works on my virgin landline and my virgin mobile

It's odd that 150 isn't working for you, there's no issues with the number that we're aware of. Just to clarify - are you definitely calling from a  Virgin Media phone line?

I have same problem when I try ring 150 it says incorrect number and mine is defo a virgin phone. I was ringing this number last week no probs but now not working. Does anyone have any clue what's going on I need to be able to ring them as my internet always goes off

We are sorry to hear that you have been having difficulty getting in touch. 

 

We did experience an issue on Tuesday whereby customers were unable to connect with us on 150 from a Virgin Mobile and we apologise for any inconvenience caused by this.
