Does anybody know what a (v205) error code is? Keeps coming up when I try to watch catch up but only on the fox channel
It can be caused by a signal fault or an outage in your area repeated to video on demand/catch-up.
id go to “help and settings” “settings” then “connect to virginmedia services now”
after it’s finished going through everything give the box a reboot and then see if it goes away if not give customer service a ring

I'm sorry you've been getting the v205 error code recently. I've taken a look at your account and can see that you've called in since posting, how have things been since?
I've also ran some checks on the equipment and everything looks good from here at the moment, so I'm hoping this has now been resolved?
