Error code c119 new customer

Hi all

New installation, pluged it in a week after initial installation, first time use. Attempted initial setup multiple times also with and without restarting the box, also tried restarting whole system (router etc.) still having this issue 3 hours later. What's the crack? Awesome first impressions virgin.
