Error code S102 after moving box

Hi,

How one of the mods can hep me to save me a lengthy phone call. Moved my V6 TiVo box today after a room rearrangement. After turning it back on just gets to 33% channel info loading and then returns error S102 and message "Unable to aquire channel info".

Hope you can advise me how to fix this issue. Thanks in advance

Check that all the connections are tight.

As long as you have not modified the coax wiring in any way & the box has not been disconnected for too long there shouldn’t be any issues.
