Error code 7400

i am a new to Virgin Media and I set up my V6 box 2 days and I still have not got most of my channels. I only have access to 5 out of 111. I keep on getting the error code 7400. I have followed all the steps I could like restarting, reconnecting everything. please help.

Hi salma_begum,

 You need to phone to get your box activated. 0800 953 9500.

You will need the box serial number, and your account and area number
