Error code 7400

Just installed my new v6 box downstairs and moved my tivo box to bedroom to replace soon to be defunked receiver and now get error code 7400 on the tivo box upstairs and none of my package channels, please advise

This appears to be a common problem. Your TiVo has been de-activated instead of the old box you want to get rid off.

I’m sorry, you’ll have to call in as per the onscreen 7400 message and explain the situation, asking for the TiVo to be re-activated.
