Error code 602 on catch up

Error code 602 appears after programme stops. Have checked faults in your area and run online test. Message says no problem with service in your area. Any help please.

Are you using a TiVo box or a V6? From the sounds of it, you can play VOD content fine but you're getting this error message when the program finishes and you return to live TV ?
