I am halfway through watching a programme on ITV hub through the on demand service and yet again, I get the code 401 telling me that the programme is not available at the moment. The information for the programme tells me it is available to view until 13/01/19.
No matter how many times I reset, restart or update my Virgin box, I cannot finish the episode.
This happens quite often with the on demand service and it’s very frustrating.
Anyone got a solution or even a reason why this happens?
