Error c130 Netflix 25% flashing light on TiVo box

Hi there

have always had issues with the annoying 25% buffering and reported many times with no solution. 

Watching Netflix Sunday it appeared to just die. The light in the box is flashing constantly. Tried all the network checks- it says no Ethernet cable connected- there has never been an Ethernet cable connected from modem to TiVo so that’s kind of odd. 

Looking for any ideas on a solution. VM were supposed to be replacing all the TiVo boxes last year sometime - last I heard they would be in touch but heard nothing . 

Any help appreciated - area 14

Sorry to hear you're having some issues with Netflix.

 

Can you try signing in and out of the Netflix app on the TV and let me know if this helps?

 

Can you also confirm if using it on a different device still give you the buffering?

Hi Alex- 

netflix is fine on all devices, it’s not just Netflix now either, it’s all apps. 

Just says there are not available so I can’t even access Netflix to log out . 

Should I try an Ethernet cable- even though I have never used one?

Makes no difference- network cable unplugged it still says
