Error Code 7400

Can anyone help please. we have two V6 boxes. today we have replaced one which is now working fine. When we switched the other one on we now have lost all tv channels expect for 2 channels. I phoned virgin and was in the queue for 1hr 15min and the other end cleared. Error code is 7400

It looks as though they have deactivated the wrong box. You will have to phone in to get it reactivated. When doing so please have your box serial number and area reference number handy.

Thank you for your reply. I was in a queue for an 1hr only to be told the call has been cleared. Called again queued for nearly another hour only to be told an engineer needs to visit. I will call again tomorrow as I agree with you. If it was the box why have I two channels. When I click on any other channel it says I need to subscribe.
