Recently got a new V6 box and have moved the old TiVo box to kids playroom. Now the second box is showing Error Code 7400. I have been through all the online help but seems I need to speak with someone at Virgin Media to reactivate but I can't get through to call centre due to C-19. Is there someone out there from Virgin Media who can help get this issue resolved please?
