I got my new TiVo box set up & got7400 error. I have done the usual reboots/restats. Any thoughts please? Virgin have booked an engineer but that is in 6 days time... Thanks
Nothing much you can do as the box needs activating. Have they tried sending another signal to activate the box?
All working now. Thanks for the reply. They did that & we tried rebooting etc. What got it to work was I tried turning it off & on at the mains.
