i have installed my TV V6 box and i have error code 7400. Only chanels 1-5 are available in spite of holding full house package..
I’ve tried restart it several times and then nothing has changed
Please can you help immediately?

Your box needs to be activsted.activated. Have you called the telephone number provided to activate it? If not you need to do do as soon ss posdible so that a signal can be sent down the line so that it can be to activated.

I’ve solved the discussion issue thanks to the visit of technician with a replacement TV box. It seemed to be broken
