I’ve phoned a few times now and have also checked on the website for any issues. I was told it was sorted and on the website it keeps coming up stating you know there is a problem and it will be fixed in 10mins. I’ve also got an appointment with engineer for next week. I was told I wouldn’t need the engineer as they thought the problem would be fixed before the date however, I’m still getting the problem but with my busy schedule I’ve had to reschedule my appointment.
I am now looking at this being sorted next week meaning I am unable to watch tv it only allows me access to 5 channels and they have the error message always on show so I can’t even watch them.
