Error 405

Tried watching Beauty and the Beast tonight and twice had to restart from the beginning due to error 405. Not good enough, alongside previous episodes of pixelation while watching on demand movies. This is a very poor service and I look forward to the contract terminating.

Welcome to the Community, I'm very sorry for the problems you're experiencing with your TV service recently.

 

I've checked this out from our end and we're not detecting any errors from our end at the moment, I hope that means that things are working as they should at the moment?

Here we go again, last night we were trying to watch Downsize, but had to give up because we kept getting error 405.

 

just finished watching Downsize (the night after we started) now trying to watch Insidious, but keeps stopping with error code 405?

 

tried rebooting the VR6 Box and the TV and the Modem, tried phoning Virgin but keep being put in a Queue?

 

Very poor service, just after they tried to put the price up and they increased our Mobile tariff by 35 percent!

 

come on Richard get your finger out!

I'm really sorry to hear you're having trouble with On Demand.

 

How often does the error 405 appear? Does it happen on every asset you try and access or just certain programs/films?

Hi,

 

it's been happening on and off for a while, but the last two films were a waste of money

one we had to watch the end of the film the following day and the second we had to keep stop starting and rebooting the box, tv and router

What films we're you unable to watch?

I have just tried to check your V6 but it's currently showing offline so can I confirm whether it's switched on at the moment?
