401 is an insufficient connection to your home network. This is usually due to poor WiFi speeds.
If you are using WiFi to link to your hub it will likely be due to contention issues with neighbours hubs. If you can use 5Ghz WiFi then this is infinitely preferable to 2.4, which while it may be a stronger signal is a far more congested band.
