This is a frustrating error which happens sporadically when using the I'm demand feature to watch movies etc. I have followed every test and diagnostic and powered off and on to no avail. Please can you help?

Welcome to the forums and for your first post - sorry to understand that you're having some issues with the OnDemand feature.
Currently we have no reported issues with this error number so we'll need to do some checks with you directly to see if we can get this resolved for you.
