Error 319

It's been 14 days since this error. 319 stopped me from viewing progames on certain hubs on catchup an engineer called and updated my tv box which did not solve the problem I think 14 days is an unacceptable length of time to have this problem on my system so I will now be looking at canceling my contract with virgin media....

Hi Bossa96,

Thanks for posting on the community and I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing problems with the catch up service.

I'd just like to check whether this is happening on particular programs or are you unable to view anything?

I have also tried to check your V6 and it's currently showing offline so I'd just like to confirm whether it's switched on at the moment?

Like I said I've had a new tv box installed and this error is still stopping me watching catch up on ITV hub it's nearly 4 weeks since this started  so I would be pleased if you could get this sorted asap.thank you..
