Error 319

Hi, I keep getting a error message every time I try watch an on demand film rental. I’ve tried the usual reset etc and contacted the virgin team who were useless. It’s becoming really annoying especially when it’s the festive period. Any advice would be greatly received

I have had same problem so I don’t watch in hd and it works ok

virgin help desk no help at all
