Email re Netflix being joined to Virgin but I did NOT request this
I received an email this morning from Virgin media stating you have received notification that I wish to pay for my monthly Netflix subscription via my Virgin Media Bill. I did not request this and do not want this. I have checked my Netflix account and the payment method is still by my debit card (which is correct) - I have done a search and it seems this a common problem and another Netflix account has been set up without users permission. Please can you ensure this is not happening to me - I do not want to joint the two together and I want to ensure I am not paying for another account when I have not requested this.
