The issue is it cannot connect to the VM Media service- thats the gubbins that sends the EPG and updates.
Without that working the EPG will not update. Wait for staff to pick it up, they can run some tests their end. You could try a couple of manual updates in a row, sometimes that forces it, but theres not much else you can do. If live TV is okay, your receiving a signal okay, its just the media service it cant see.
